By far the best physical shape to look out there. I wear every day and measure - heart rate - sleep (quality and time ) - activities ( measures taken miles run etc.. by 12yrs
I had the clock in carbon steel and base liked that one but I decided to upgrade when the peak came out as I wanted one in which the heart rate was accurate during exercise. by Jade Orrage
